Hello, I am Terry Lipe and proud to be called a “Spokane Native”. I was born and raised in Spokane and graduated from Gonzaga Prep. My wife, Kathie is also a native, graduating from Shadle Park High. Our two children are both Mead graduates. In fact, our daughter now teaches special education at Mead Middle School. Our son works in the stageing of major entertainment productions in the area. Our parents are also Spokanites. As you can see, our roots grow deep here. As far as hobbies, my favorite is golf. With more than thirteen local golf courses, I’m now enjoying that game as a beginner (as frustrating as that might be) and hope to improve as time goes by. My wife and I have both been fortunate enough to have family lake properties so, boating, skiing and swimming are favorite pastimes of ours. We also enjoy gardening and beautifying our home’s landscape. My career fits nicely with my wife’s. She is a State Farm Insurance Agent, with more than twenty years in the business. Kathie is also very active in both the Spokane Civic and Spokane Children’s Theatre, where she both acts and directs. My involvement so far has been limited to acting as the guy in charge of “putting this together, taking that down, and moving this over there”, but they tell me I’m good at it! It was really exciting last year when Kathie’s production of “Pinnochio” actually won the State and Regional competitions and was chosen to compete at the Nationals in Harrisburg, PA. Being able to help assemble the project on location and watch those children perform is something none of us will soon forget I am actually returning to Real Estate. It was my chosen career about 20 years ago, but when a family opportunity to purchase and operate a number of convenience stores developed, it necessitated my departure. The partial ownership and management of these stores immersed me in every possible aspect of the business and I wouldn’t trade the knowledge I gained, but we felt it was time to move on. After selling our enterprise, I knew immediately I wanted to return to Real Estate. It is a career that highlights all my strengths. My interest in properties and my enjoyment interacting with people help provide me with the ability to help others reach their dream. This is personally very satisfying. I can offer you professionalism, knowledge and a love for the Real Estate industry that is genuine and fresh. Whatever your needs…our company, and myself especially, will go to great lengths to make sure you are completely satisfied. The next time you require Real Estate assistance, whether it be for purchasing or selling any property in the Spokane area, please call and see the many benefits I can offer. I’m just a telephone call away and can be reached at (509) 999-7916. I look forward to our future Real Estate relationship.
